For example: https://plus.google.com/104046041694416287579/about become http://plus.tl/bruno
PLUS.TL is supposed to be used to shorten mainly Google+ Profiles. Nonetheless, it can be usefull to shorten stuff from Google+ like posts or photos — pick URL from de post's date. If you can't hold you back, you are allowed to shorten any kind of links on condition they match my lawyer's taste ;-)
